الفزعة منصّة إغاثة على الطريق تديرها جمعية الأمن والسلامة بمنطقة الرياض: يبلّغ السائق المتعطّل عن حاجته، ويصل إليه منقذ متطوّع معتمد من الجمعية. الخدمة تطوّعية ومجانية بالكامل.
في حالة الخطر على الطريق اتصل بجهات الطوارئ الرسمية أولًا. الفزعة تكمّل عمل جهات الطوارئ ولا تحلّ محلّها.
تسجيل الدخول
- أدخل رقم جوالك واضغط «إرسال رمز التحقّق».
- يصلك رمز من أربعة أرقام برسالة نصية؛ أدخله في المربّعات الأربعة ويكتمل الدخول تلقائيًا.
- لم يصلك الرمز؟ الرمز صالح خمس دقائق. اضغط «تغيير الرقم» وتأكّد من الرقم ثم أعد الإرسال.
لا توجد كلمات مرور. تبقى جلستك مفتوحة ما دمت تستخدم التطبيق، وتنتهي بعد أربعة عشر يومًا من عدم الاستخدام.
طلب المساعدة
- من الشاشة الرئيسية اضغط زر الطوارئ، ثم حدّد نوع العطل من القائمة.
- يُحدَّد موقعك من الجهاز إن أذنت بذلك. إن لم تأذن، الصق رابط موقع من تطبيق خرائط، وحرّك الدبّوس إلى المكان الصحيح قبل الإرسال.
- بعد الإرسال تتابع طلبك من الشريط أعلى الخريطة أو من «طلباتي»: من قبِله، ومسافته ووقت وصوله المتوقّع، وموقعه على الخريطة.
- يمكنك تعديل الموقع أو الوصف بعد الإرسال، وإلغاء الطلب إن حُلّت المشكلة.
التطوّع كمنقذ
- من «حسابي» اضبط اسمك وصورتك أولًا، ثم اضغط «قدّم طلب التطوع» واختر مركبتك والخدمات التي تجيدها.
- تصبح منقذًا فور إرسال الطلب.
- بعد الاعتماد يفتح التطبيق على وضع «منقذ»: خريطة البلاغات المفتوحة وقائمتها، وقبول البلاغ، وإعلان الوصول، والتوثيق، والإغلاق.
الأذونات
يُدار إذن الموقع والإشعارات من إعدادات النظام، ويعرض «حسابي» حالتهما. إن رفضت الإذن نهائيًا فالطريق الوحيد لإعادته هو صفحة التطبيق في إعدادات الجهاز.
الخصوصية
ما يجمعه التطبيق ومن يطّلع عليه مبيّن في سياسة الخصوصية (سارية من 2026-10-02)، وقواعد الاستخدام في شروط الاستخدام.
التواصل
تطلب حذف حسابك بنفسك من شاشة «حسابي»، ولك سبعة أيام للتراجع بتسجيل الدخول مجددًا. وللاستفسارات والملاحظات وأي طلب يتعلّق ببياناتك، تواصل مع جمعية الأمن والسلامة بمنطقة الرياض عبر قنواتها الرسمية.
Support — Alfazaa
Security and Safety Association, Riyadh Region
Alfazaa (الفزعة) is a roadside-assistance platform run by the Security and Safety Association in Riyadh Region: a stranded motorist files a request, and an approved volunteer rescuer reaches them. The service is voluntary and entirely free.
If you are in danger on the road, call the official emergency services first. Alfazaa complements them and never replaces them.
Signing in
- Enter your mobile number and tap “إرسال رمز التحقّق” (send verification code).
- A four-digit code arrives by SMS; enter it in the four boxes and the sign-in completes by itself.
- No code? It is valid for five minutes. Tap “تغيير الرقم” (change number), check the number, and send again.
There are no passwords. Your session stays open while you use the application and ends after fourteen days of inactivity.
Asking for help
- On the home screen tap the emergency button, then choose the fault type from the list.
- Your position comes from the device if you allowed it. If not, paste a map link and drag the pin to the right spot before sending.
- After sending, follow the request from the strip above the map or from “طلباتي” (my requests): who accepted it, their distance and estimated arrival, and their position on the map.
- You can correct the position or description after sending, and cancel the request if the problem is solved.
Volunteering as a rescuer
- From “حسابي” (my account) set your name and photograph first, then tap “قدّم طلب التطوع” (apply to volunteer) and choose your vehicle and the services you can provide.
- You become a rescuer as soon as the application is sent.
- Once approved, the application opens in rescuer mode: the map and list of open requests, accepting one, declaring arrival, documenting, and closing.
Permissions
Location and notification permissions are managed from the system settings, and “حسابي” shows their state. A permission refused for good can only be restored from the application's page in the device settings.
Privacy
What the application collects and who can see it is set out in the privacy policy (effective 2026-10-02), and the rules of use in the terms of use.
Contact
You request deletion of your account yourself from the account screen, with seven days to change your mind by signing in again. For questions, feedback, and any other request about your data, contact the Security and Safety Association in Riyadh Region through its official channels.
