Terms of Use — Alfazaa
Security and Safety Association, Riyadh Region · last updated 2026-10-02 · Privacy Policy
In any danger — a collision, an injury, a fire, or being stopped in a live lane — call the unified emergency number 911 first. Alfazaa complements the official emergency services and never replaces them.
1. The service
Alfazaa is a roadside-assistance platform operated by the Security and Safety Association in Riyadh Region: a stranded motorist files a request, the Association's approved volunteer rescuers see it, and one of them accepts it and drives to them. The service is voluntary and entirely free; no payment is ever asked for.
2. No guarantee of a rescuer or of a time
Rescuers are volunteers and accepting a request is their choice. The Association therefore does not guarantee that anyone will accept your request, any time to acceptance or arrival, or that the fault will be fixed on the spot. Times and distances shown are estimates. You may cancel your request at any time.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your phone number and a code sent to it; the account is yours alone. Do not let anyone else use it.
- Each person may hold one live request at a time.
- You may request deletion of your account from the account screen, with seven days to change your mind, as the Privacy Policy explains.
4. Prohibited use
- Filing a false or fake request, or one with no genuine roadside need.
- Misleading a rescuer about the location or the fault, luring them, or abusing them in word or deed.
- Using or publishing another person's data that reached you, for anything other than that rescue.
- Attempting to disrupt the platform or to reach what is not yours.
The Association may suspend any account that breaches these terms or puts others at risk.
5. Volunteer rescuers
- Only those the Association has approved after reviewing their application act as rescuers, and only within their approved skills.
- A rescuer keeps to traffic and safety rules, provides only what they are competent to provide, and never asks the beneficiary for payment.
- A rescuer declares their own arrival, documents the close of the rescue as the application asks, and withdraws through the application if they cannot reach the scene, so the request returns to others.
- A beneficiary's data reaches the rescuer for that rescue alone, and may not be used afterwards or shared.
- The Association may withdraw a rescue from a rescuer or suspend their approval at its discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
The Association provides the platform as it is, in good faith and free of charge. To the extent the law allows, the Association is not liable for delay or for no rescuer being available, for harm arising from road conditions or from the fault itself, or for interruption of the service for technical reasons or reasons beyond its control. A rescuer is responsible for their own conduct at the scene.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated, with the date above moving with them. Continuing to use the application after an update is acceptance of it.
